Funding Opportunity: Anticipatory Action Plan (AA Plan) Grants

Start Network is inviting members to apply for funding to develop Anticipatory Action Plans (AA Plans), helping organizations act on early warning and forecast information before crises escalate.
Successful applicants can access up to £5,000 to collaboratively develop a short protocol that will:
- Monitor forecast and risk information
- Define pre-agreed action thresholds
- Establish processes for triggering timely Anticipation Alerts to the Start Fund
- Identify appropriate anticipatory actions with affected communities

Once an AA Plan is developed and a pre-agreed threshold is reached, members can submit an Anticipation Alert Note to [email protected] for consideration through the standard Start Fund allocation process.
